Leading Teams in the Age of Disruption

The modern age of disruption in the business environment is riddled with challenges which can limit the success of any team. This interactive session will explore well-known leadership frameworks that can help teams remain cohesive, and perform, in today's fast-paced age of disruption. Participants will learn ways to apply proven leadership models like the "Ideal Team Player" by Patrick Lencioni, and the "Leadership Challenge" by Kouzes and Posner, in a real-time context, to overcome challenges to achieving strategic objectives.

Learning Objectives Include:

  1. Participants will learn about the 5 dysfunctions of a team model, by Patrick Lencioni, and how to apply it to their working teams

  2. Participants will learn about the Leadership Challenge model, by Patrick Lencioni, and how to apply it in their own individual context

  3. Participants will gain insight on disruptive trends that are/could impact team development

  4. Participants will understand the importance of managing the “people dynamics” of their teams to achieve strategic objectives
